Portrait mode allows you to take stunning photos with better zoom, focus and effects. This mode has been a favorite of iPhone fans, particularly with the newer iPhone models.
Portrait mode uses the iPhone 7 Plus’ cameras to take photos with a depth-of-field effect. This lets you snap pictures that keep your subject sharp while blurring the background.
To Take a Portrait Mode Picture:
- Open your Camera app.
- Swipe on your camera modes to “Portrait.”
- Stand far enough away where the subject and background can be distinguished.
- Tap the shutter button on the screen to take the picture.
Portrait mode takes the best photos with still objects or subjects
