According to Japanese news site Mac Otakara, Apple's 2020 iPhone lineup will be launched in October this year instead of September.

Traditionally, Apple has unveiled its iPhone lineup in September and then launched the products shortly after. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year's iPhone launch will be delayed.

Rumors earlier this year suggested that the launch was going to be delayed. Mac Otakara cites issues in Apple's supply chain as the reason for the later launch.

The iPhone 2020 lineup is expected to include the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Max, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max.
