Apple users can now get a personal 'Shope with a Specialist' appointment to look over any issues in person.
The initial outbreak and social distancing measures forced Apple to close all its stores for the safety of the employees and customers.
The close made it difficult for users to get assistance with their devices in Apple Stores.
With the new appointment system, Apple users don't have to worry about googling their device issues anymore.
How 'Shop With A Specialist' Works
Apple encourages all customers who want to speak to an Apple specialist to schedule an appointment ahead of time before visiting the store.
Appointments are in 15 to 30-minute increments. Depending on the store, the availability spans throughout the day. Customers can schedule appointments for up to three days in advance.
When customers search for the Apple store location and click "Reserve Now" under 'Shop with a Specialist,' they will be redirected to select what they want to talk about and the time they would like to visit the store.
