In preparation for another busy fall season, Apple launched beta testing for watchOS 7.

Curious Apple fans and users can download the first of many beta software releases—the first being macOS Big Sur Beta and now the Apple Watch’s latest update.

In watchOS 7, Apple Watch users can finally track their sleep with Apple’s own sleep tracking app. Moving forward, users who track their sleep nightly may not need to download and rely on third-party apps again.

There will also be more fitness tracking functions such as metrics for dance, strength and core training and cooldown activities. This will be great for those want to track their at-home workouts.

watchOS 7 update will be compatible with Apple Watch Series 3, Apple Watch Series 4 and Apple Watch Series 5.

If you are interested in testing watchOS 7, you can update your Apple Watch by signing into the Apple Beta Software Program website.
