Coming from the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Lightroom is one of the initial apps to be optimized for the Apple M1 chip out of the platform.

Moreover, Lightroom has Apple Silicon optimization and supports the ProRAW image format, and that arrives for iPhone users with the iOS 14.3 upgrade.

Adobe has stated that they plan to advance its programs for the Apple Silicon, along with the Windows ARM, going into the future. However, they also plan on providing continued support for their usual Intel-based systems.
